Egg Yolk Treatment Pack-for dry/damaged hair
1-2 fresh egg yolks, or depending on length of hair
A drop or two of essential oils: sandalwood, clove, fennel. I used all three
Beat yolks with a whisk, add eo's. Apply to shampooed hair. Leave on for 10-20 mins. Rinse out for at least 5 mins. in the coolest water you can stand. I rinsed for 7 mins. and still had egg in my hair, but it was nothing to worry about. Then I applied Sheabutter Leave-in conditioner. Applied my usual Profective and moisturizing products and blow dried. That's when I noticed damaged and split ends, so I gave myself a decent trim. Then I hot curled and my hair came out soft and moisturized. Plus with the trim, it looks very neat. As far as the treatment pack, you can use this once or twice a week, use as an occasional treatment or special conditions. I think I'll start out using this twice a week, then once a week just to see how it goes. If u have any questions or you feel I left something out, don't hesitate to ask me.
