Lately I've been rinsing my hair with herbal teas that I purchase at GNC, and they really work. I'm trying a new tea today called elderflowers and according to my notes, elderflowers treats damaged hair and gives color to gray. I poured a cup of boiled water over two teaspoons of the elderflower and let it steep for a couple of hours. I wet my hair with warm water, then poured the tea over my hair repeatedly, catching the run-off water in a bowl. I didn't rinse the tea out. Then I added my oils and moisturizers, blow dried my hair and hot curled it. My hair feels soft, has body and bounce. I don't even have flyaway hair and my ends are tamed.
