That's a good question... I just put mine up in a ponytail and do my thing... I keep it moisturized and sealed... I can't keep a good style though... but to me it is worth the sacrifice... I can always wash and set it when the need comes for me to look cute

Do you care for your own hair? Do you roller set or use heat appliances for your hair? All of that is significant in the care for your hair. Is there a way you can wear your hair in a style that would allow you to rinse the sweat out of your hair after exercising? You can do a wet set without damaging the hair. There is also a new dry shampoo on the market. Can't remember who it is by but if you could use a little of that on your hair and then comb it out, because the salt in the persperation is not good for our processed hair. If you do not use heat styling try rinsing the hair after exercise and then doing a conditioner shampoo and then wet setting. It is tedious, but your hair will look and smell good.

I good way to care for your hair after exercising is co-washing (i.e. washing with conditioner). It gets your scalp clean without leaving your hair dry. Just
make sure that the conditioner is a moisturizing one and not protein.
