			<description><![CDATA[ <p>On 11/03/2008, I made up the &#39;Fried Hair Fix&#39; recipe.  Here&#39;s what I used:</p>

<p>Trimmed my ends a bit.  Washed hair w/ Kuz shampoo and added a lil baking soda.  Left on hair for at least 5 mins also gently masseaged scalp and hair.</p>

<p>Washed again w/ Dark and Lovely Color Care poo.  Let it sit for 10-15 mins. b/c for some reason I become busy with something.</p>

<p>Rinsed and applied the &#39;Fried Hair Fix&#39; recipe.  I used:</p>

I haven&#39;t used any of the dominican rinses in a loooooong time. For me, they only work on a fresh relaxer and before I need a touch up. If I need a touch
up nothing works on my hair. I&#39;ll use &#39;em when I remember I have them or I have the time. I have an avocado rinse that detangles very well. I&#39;m
trying to make a homemade leave-in conditioner out of it, but its not coming out right. BTW, acv rinses work just as good, if not better.

you don&#39;t have to use heat if you don&#39;t want to. But I&#39;ll sit under my hooded dryer for 30 mins. I&#39;m gonna add some oil to it, like sesame or
