Burning Edges

Hey everyone!!! I'm new to the forum. I recently got a relaxer and my edges burned. I've notice that my edges, particularly the left side, burns durning most relaxer applications. Any suggestions? My edges are thin from 2 yrs of micro braids. I want to heal the edges and re-grow my hair. Over all my hair is very healthy...... its just thin. Prior to the braids I had thicker hair. I have been trying to grow my hair out for months. I am conditioning and taking vitamins for growth. Unfortunately, my re-growth comes in 2 weeks after its been relaxed and my hair looks nuts. I realize I can't relax it again, BUT if I don't, the hair can not be styled at all. It also starts to look dull and fall out because it's "needing" a perm. Please help me. How do people actually extend relaxers for months, I can barely go one month? What can I do to extend my perm...

Hey everyone. I joined this group to gain better understanding of how to reverse my breakage and hair loss woes. Last November my mom permed my hair. Ok what I hate the most is when I straighten my hair and then I put it up cuz I am hot and I get that dent!!! I just got a zannclip. It's shaped like a coil so it doesn't leave the dent!
